Gtk2::Html2 0.04 (alpha)

Gtk2::Html2 is a Perl binding for gtkhtml2, Gnome 2.x's HTML display  
widget, for use with Gtk2-Perl.

This release includes only minor tweaks, but is the first release made  
after its inclusion in the gtk2-perl project proper.  The API coverage  
is low, but is sufficient for basic usage; testing needed and patches  
welcome.

* Reduce gtkhtml2 requirement to 2.0.0.
* Improve commentary and POD a bit.
