muppet - you're a Mac weenie, aren't you? :p -----Forwarded Message----- From: Alf Eaton <a pmbrowser info> To: perlpanel-devel nongnu org Subject: [Perlpanel-devel] Glib errors Date: Tue, 02 Mar 2004 00:04:07 +0100 Hi, I've been trying to get PerlPanel working on OS X (10.3) to use in combination with Openbox and Apple's X11. Everything seems to be installed okay now, except the XMMS perl module, but when I run perlpanel I'm getting errors as follows: dyld: perl Undefined symbols: /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_curpad expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_defgv expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_errgv expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_in_clean_objs expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_markstack_max expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_markstack_ptr expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_stack_base expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_stack_max expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_stack_sp expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_sv_no expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_sv_undef expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_sv_yes expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_tmps_floor expected to be defined in a dynamic image /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/darwin-2level/auto/Glib/ Glib.bundle undefined reference to _PL_tmps_ix expected to be defined in a dynamic image Trace/BPT trap I have a feeling this is more related to my GTK/Glib installation than PerlPanel, but do you have any idea what might be causing this? Installed are: Glib 2.2.3 Pango 1.2.5 Atk 1.2.4 Gtk+ 2.2.4 Glib 1.2.10 Gtk+ 1.2.10 with up-to-date Perl modules from CPAN (I tried reinstalling the Glib module, but it made no difference). Thanks for any advice you might have, Alf. _______________________________________________ Perlpanel-devel mailing list Perlpanel-devel nongnu org http://mail.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/perlpanel-devel -- Gavin Brown e: gavin brown uk com w: http://jodrell.net/ PGP/GPG key ID: 891D8FCA
