New and improved, version 0.006

This includes the #1 requested feature, the ability jump directly to a 
class without having to dig through the tree to find it.  This is 
accomplished by way of a text box in which you type the name of the 
class you want to view.

This version also fixes the list handling in the namespaces dialog so 
that the new row created by the "Add" button is scrolled into view 
before being made editable.


Oh, and if you were wondering how to perform lazy loading on a tree... 
this program loads the object hierarchy lazily.  Comments welcome.
