apt-rpm repository (testing/temp)

if you use rehat/fedora/etc. and have apt-get (and optionally synaptic)
installed then you might want to check out the following. it isn't perm.
so don't use it for anything real. they aren't released packages. this
is mainly to judge interest in making something like this available for
real.
