rpm spec files

rpms/spec files are being worked on as i type via cpanflute2. thanks go
to gavin for pointing it out this morning in irc, there are people in
there now, much of the time.

probably won't be anythings posted, rpms, till after 1.0. if anyone on
here knows much about spec files speak up now, so that i can get you to
take a look at what i come up with.
