New version of Gtk2::GladeXML

Between Muppet and I we have finnaly gotten custom widgets working in
Gtk2::GladeXML.  Here is the patch to Gtk2::GladeXML version 0.92 and some test
code to demonstrate some of the techniques I have talked about recently.  I will
be putting this into CVS latter tonight.

Questions, comments, and suggestions are welcome.
