As for status on XML::LibXML2, he doesn't have regular 'net access right
now, and so is fairly unresponsive to email.  As a result, development has
pretty well halted for the time being, and the author may not be able to
regularly update the project if fixes are needed to get it ready for
2.6.0.

As for completeness, the author stated that, while what's in there works,
the bindings are not comprehensive, and he doesn't expect them to be until
late next year (Dec 2004 or so), although he's willing to accept help if
anyone wants to contribute. ;)
