bleeding edge snapshot available, please test

due to the cvs difficulties of late, i've put a snapshot of the code 
with bleeding edge changes to Glib::Object ; please grab it from the 
betas directory ( http://gtk2-perl.sourceforge.net/beta/ ) and test it 
out, and report any bugs.

you might notice i also fixed up the website a little.  the html is 
still dead simple, but it uses a few basic CSS attributes to make the 
layout a little easier on the eyes.  let me know if anything is broken, 
or if you like it or hate it, or if you think you know what the best 
and most informative layout would be, or if you think you can blow away 
my web skillz you can try out for captain of the web team.  ;-)
