GValue.c
Didn't find a 'MODULE ... PACKAGE ... PREFIX' line
make: *** [GValue.c] Error 25
This is probably due to the installed ExtUtils::ParseXS, which
installs
the standard ExtUtils/xsubpp.
we've been developing Glib/Gtk2 against stock perl 5.8.0. this has
nothing to
do with the xsubpp patch i posted, which changes the error report
format and
keeps the directory path on the filename for correct #line directive
output.
http://search.cpan.org/src/JHI/perl-5.8.0/lib/ExtUtils/xsubpp and
http://search.cpan.org/src/GSAR/perl-5.6.1/lib/ExtUtils/xsubpp both
appear to exit if a MODULE ... PACKAGE ... PREFIX line isn't found,
though I haven't actually run the code to find out.
