Glib-Perl and Gtk2-Perl from the gtk2-perl-xs tree have been updated to
version 0.22; download them from the sourceforge page.
notice to cvs users: files in this release have been tagged with
rel-0-22. since the $VERSION has changed (all the way to 0.23 for CVS),
you'll need to do a complete rebuild or DynaLoader will have a minor
freakout.
