i like this one too but i would exporting them in EXPORT_TAGS under the
Pango tag so that only those who wants them import them.
as it turns out, they are in EXPORT of a tiny module that you only use if you
need the constants. the imported symbols have the C names, which are
^PANGO_*, so there's little chance of stomping on things.
