Win32 Gtk-Perl

Hi,
I know that this has been rehashed over and over but I am using the gtk+
libs for win32 and I can't install the Gtk-Perl module. Is there something
special that I need to do? Anyhelp would be appreciated and is there a
website with a tutorial on how to use Gtk-Perl? Thanx.
