This has nothing to do with Gtk-Perl per se.
Can you compile any perl extension on this box (or any program that
includes stdio.h)?
Is it really a linux sparc64 system and what distributions does
it have? Il looks like the header files for libc are screwed up
a little: you may need to reinstall them.
