Installing jhbuild configuration at /Users/guy/.config/jhbuildrc

gtk-osx-setup.sh requires bash and has a shebang to /usr/bin/bash so you don't need to lead with a command.

Looks like you messed up $PATH as well if python isn't found. The pip directory errors flow from there.

Plus you've lost command-line tools.
