That's out of date. The first hint is BASEURL="https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk-osx/plain/".
You can use the bundle at the top of the page, I do. If you really want to build it you'll need to get
spice.xml from https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/spice/spice-jhbuild/ and modify it to include gtk-osx.modules
and to replace the defunct git.gnome.org urls with gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME ones. There may be more, that's
just from cursory inspection.
