I’m not sure why introspection is borked, it spews a huge list of “not valid utf-8” errors. The xml catalog 
files bit is already taken care of. With Phil’s patches in place and adding -xobjective-c to CPPFLAGS in the 
module it builds cleanly now. Duly pushed.
