Are you trying to use a newer version of jhbuild from the one set by gtk-osx-build-setup.sh (07b5a7d)?

I'll recut the bug into the correct bug tracker. All the detail on what
I'm doing is in the bug report; I'm simply doing a from-scratch build in
a clean environment.
