[Gtk-osx-users] Build issues: patching gtk.override

While building now, I got this issue where a patch doesn't seem to
apply:

Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?

File to patch:
I gave it the exact file (~/gtk/source/pygtk-2.16.0/gtk/gtk.override)
and it continued, but I guess this indicates some error.
