Oh, and I should have mentioned John Rall's superior approach which I
keep forgetting: specify a moduleset override in the .jhbuildrc-
custom file.

This works very well, sadly the "stable" version doesn't fix a bug I reported long ago:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=502997
..but that seems to be fixed in 2.22 branch.
Now I'm trying to build with the moduleset that uses the SVN.
Also I've a few problems to build 10.4 frameworks, but that's another story :)
