Hi;

Do not use "gtk-new" and other stock button names: use the correctly named icons from the theme.

I'm using code like:

my $icon   = Gtk3::Image->new_from_icon_name( 'gtk-new', 'button' );

 ... to render the icons. Note the missing images in the buttons in
the header bar. It works fine on Linux and OSX.
