Events for newly created windows

Dear tiny gtk community,

I need to automatically change some GUI elements (without
recompilation of program not using GtkBuilder). For that purpose I'm
using a mechanism like in gtkparasite (gtk module). What I'm missing
is a event for a newly created window, to trigger the GUI-changing
process.

Any advices? Or is there any other better way?
