gtk-builder-convert

    Hi,
I have gtk 2.99.4 built from git using the gnome-shell building script. 
Now I'm trying to build gnome-terminal from git, with the configure 
option "--with-gtk=3.0" but it fails because it seems to require the 
newer version of the script gtk-builder-convert (accepting the option 
--target-version=3.0). Where can I find it? I only have the gtk2 version 
and my gtk3 build does not include it.
