OHHH i see: the glib-mkenum script itself
has the shell command #!/usr/bin/env perl -w.

And this, because perl was not present while
compiling glib. This was an earlier step, i
had only the MinGW/Msys core installed then,
not the DTK with perl.

I will replace that line with the real place
of perl and try again (and report again then).
