Packaging a theme with an App

Subject: Packaging a theme with an App

I have a win32 Gtk app and I would like to package a theme with the installer.
Is this a matter of a simple gtk_rc_parse in my app initialization? Do I need a
certain paths for the theme files? Any advise is welcome.
