why no save mode for gtk_file_chooser_button?

Hy guys!
I am wondering why the action GTK_FILE_CHOOSER_ACTION_SAVE and
GTK_FILE_CHOOSER_ACTION_CREATE_FOLDER is not supported from the file
chooser button.
Is there any particular reason for that? if not would it be hard to
implement it?
