gtkcomboboxentry in reverse direction

hi
i would like to display a gtkcomboboxentry at the bottom of the screen. is there a way to specify that the poplist is shown in the reverse direction (i.e. towards top) and that the arrow also points to the reverse direction. i could not find any relevant info in my search.
