RE: gtk-list Digest, Vol 44, Issue 3



Richard,

I am reading drawingSample.c as you write. It is immmensely helpful.

On my Intel 2Quad 2.4GHz processor, redrawing the entire window is
instantaneous,
but even running the client app on my slower Linux box in Manhattan,
displaying
locally on my X server about 20 miles away, the response is extremely fast.
