Help on Font Size

 Hi all,
  
  I am using gtk+-2.2.0 to develop my application. I noticed that any    
  application build on gtk uses the Application font of the operating system
  on which it runs.

  Is there any way to set other font idependent to the application font of
  Operating System.

  I am able to increase the font of individual widget by using
  gtk_widget_modify_font (label, font_desc);
  But if i use above statement i need to increase each and every widget.

  Please help me regarding this.......
