Hmm. Do you really know what you are doing?
Anyway, don't bother. GTK+ 1.2 doesn't have a Win32 backend. The Win32
backend was added in the development cycle between GTK+ 1.2 and 2.0
(the corresponding releases for Windows were called "GTK+ 1.3.0"), but
those versions have been totally obsolete and unmaintained since
years.
(But if you really really want it, there are still links to it from
the http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html page, look for
"Obsolete versions". But don't even bother asking any questions about
that 1.3.0 version.)
