Well, you have lots to learn then. You seem very confused at least
judging by your choice of words. Surely you don't intend to compile
GTK+ from source?

Did you read the documents that you were pointed to in the first reply?

Hmm. How come you are programming with GTK then? When you say
"handling the various libs", what do you mean exactly? That you have
experience "handling" other libraries, but not GTK? Or have never used
any third-party libraries at all? Have you ever used "command-line"
tools at all?
