Most folks have no need of a theme switcher. In fact, I think themes
under GTK should be avoided in MS Windows. The default theme for GTK on
windows looks almost exactly like Windows. That's why it is called the
WIMP theme. On XP it uses the native Microsoft theming dll to draw the
widgets. On 2000 it uses system colors and fonts and draws widgets that
are very close representations of the Win32 native widgets. I think
that native look and feel on windows should always be preferred.
