ToolTips for GtkTreeview , GtkWindow Decorations

Hi All,

I have two questions:

1) How do I make the cross button on the GtkWindow to
not appear. What I want is just the window title bar
without any minimize, maximize, cross buttons.
2) How do I provide tooltips to the cells in a
treeview?
