Alternatively, you can probably install the FC2 rpm's for glib/gtk on your FC1 system without too much dependency misery. (You probably need a total of 8 RPMs - atk, atk-devel, pango, pango-devel, glib2, glib2-devel, gtk2, and gtk2-devel). Of course, if the bugfixes between 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 matter to you, this might not be an option....
