Thanks for replying.
But still I have question. I will explain what computer I have and what 
compiler...etc.

1- What do you mean by:   "If the toolkit doesn't double buffer"
   Is it the way GTK draw? or what
2- What about FLTK? Do you think that it is without 2 buffering technique?
3- I discovered the problem with a small sample programs what about a 
complex one?
O/S and compiler I have:
XP
I use DEV-CPP with GTK 2.0 package.
