I don't think that's necessary. After all, GTK+ programming
questions belong on gtk-app-devel-list, so there isn't a
lot of *other* stuff that belongs on this list.

If anybody wants to work on improving the GTK+ web page
content or installation docs to reduce the noise 
on this list (largely because people aren't 
finding http://developer.gnome.org/doc/API/2.0/gtk/gtk-building.html
I think), we'd certainly appreciate the help.
