~/.gtkrc{,-2.0} internal non-trivial gtk features

demi-recently '.gtkrc-2.0' has been brought to use for enabling some
previously standard functionality. this i would have considered a great
move, and might still as i see the importance of wooing newer users.

however, to the best of my knowledge (asking around and searching for
nearly four hours for nothing but--) there is no documentation standard to
configuring gtk via this file. there are plenty of pages that concern use
of '.gtkrc-2.0' in coding and plenty more on basics of how to write
entrees for this file, but not one file that lists the less-than-trivial
gtk features that are available via this file and the settings which may
be attributed to them.

from the gtk README, i find three entrees
gtk-key-theme-name = "Emacs"
gtk-can-change-accels = 1
gtk-entry-select-on-focus = 0

are these the only of the set thus far? are there plans to start a
document on end-user configuration of gtk?

meanwhile i'll be preparing to tell various annoyed users how to return
their desktop to norm ;P (or find that i'm the only Debian user who didn't
expect this information in a README file)
