I'm developing a gtk 2 app that uses MySQL. I started this under RH8 and Debian. I just updated to RH9 and updated mysql to mysql-3.23.55-1 from the mysql site. Here is what I have installed: $ rpm -qa | grep -i mysql MySQL-3.23.55-1 MySQL-client-3.23.55-1 MySQL-devel-3.23.55-1 MySQL-shared-3.23.55-1 now when I run my application, I get the following error: /home/carl/Projects/Dispatcher/src/dispatcher: relocation error: /usr/lib/libmysqlclient.so.10: symbol errno, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference ---------------------------------------------- Program exited successfully with errcode (127) What is this error all about and how do I fix it? -- .''`.
