Changing cursor color of GtkTextView and GtkEntry

Hello
I changed the background color of my GtkTextView and GtkEntry widgets to black and now the cursor isn't showing because it's black too. Does anyone know how to change the color of the cursor? I'd rather not have to use an rc file if possible.
