how to get GtkTreeViewColumn attributes?

Hi,

There are a few functions like gtk_tree_view_column_add_attribute () which allow
to add/set GtkTreeViewColumn attributes.

How to get these attributes? Could anyone please provide a short example? E.g.
how to get the "text" attribute associated to the first column in the example
from "Tree and List Widget Overview"?
