how to toggle selection in gtk_tree_view

Hello,
I'm using gtk+-2.0.5 gtkt_tree_view.
I need a method to unselect a previous selected
row using the cursor.
I tryed catching signals, but I didn't find any way
to solve the problem.
Any ideas ?
