SWF and GTK

Welcome everybody.

I need to include a lot of scallble advanced graphics in the interface 
and
wonder if there is a way to include a Shockwave Flash elements in the 
GTK/GNOME
interface. Does anyone knows how to do this - or tried to do and failed 
?
Or maybe someone knows a tool that art people can use and easily define 
more advanced skins
then only static bitmaps - and of course that tool must work smoothly 
with gtk.
