As Sven indicates, a search for "iso 639" should turn up
the set of codes; but, it should be noted that Pango only
needs a language tag to distinguish cases that would be 
otherwise ambiguous.

Pango actually only does anything special for a very small
set of language tags (ja, ko, zh-cn, zh-tw). In almost
all cases, the Unicode codepoint is sufficient to indicate
how text should be rendered.
