Please ignore my question about popup menus.

This is really embarrassing, about 30 seconds into creating the
stripped down test case I realized that the problem was that my code
was not showing the menu items.  Live and learn.

However, the popup menu is not showing the title.  Is there something
special I need to do to get a popup menu with a title?
