progressbar update

hello there!

maybe someone can help me here.

i've made a little gtk_progress_bar to show the progress of long
calculations. i use »gtk_progress_set_value(...)« to update the
progressbar and »while(g_main_iteration(FALSE))« to update the display.

works fine with gtk v1.2.10, but my program must also run with gtk v1.1.5
and i have no idea how to update the display with v1.1.5.
