hey this is a simple thing
catch the event on button "clicked". using
gtk_signal_connect();
& in function given for that
use gtk_entry_get_text(GtkEntry *,size);
it will return u char * to the contents of that entry box.
i think first u must go through the tutorial given for GTK..
this all things r explain there...
