Patch: remove hard-coded widget dimensions

Well, gee, I did forget something now, didn't I? }:)

Anyway, once more, the intent of this patch is to allow theme engines and
the like to adjust the size of check/radio indicators in
Gtk(Check|Radio)MenuItem widgets, as can already be done for check/radio
buttons.
