RE: Cannot compile gtk+-1.2.7



Ibrahim,
If you are using gnu make 3.79, I vaguely remember a post mentioning this as a
bug in gnu make 3.79.  Try either upgrading to gtk+1.2.8 or use a different
version of gnu make if you are indeed using gnu make 3.79.  Hope this helps.

P.S.
A good way to search the mailing lists that I've found is to download them,
uncompress them, and then egrep them for keyword(s).  Once you've found a match
then you can follow the threads via the mailing list web site.
