GtkText and GtkEditable widget?

Can someone out there tell me the Widget hierarchy?
Where does GtkEditable fit in? Where can I find info on the Widget
(apart from reading the code :))
Basically, I want to know where are the key presses captured? Which
Widget captures teh X keyPress events and sends them for displaying?
