Yep, same problem I had. Do an ldconfig -v (as root), and look through
it for older instances of glib and gtk (which will probably live in
/usr/lib). If you find any, go delete them.
WARNING: If you aren't careful and delete the wrong libs, you could
hose your system fairly badly.
