Well, that wasn't the complete problem. /usr/bin/glib-config --version
returns 1.2.6, but ...
checking for GLIB - version >= 1.2.4...
*** 'glib-config --version' returned 1.2.6, but GLIB (1.2.3) was found!
I've searched for glib, and the only one present has a build date of late
this afternoon. Ergo, it must be the 1.2.6 I just built.
Where else do I check to find what's wrong?
When I first saw this error, I found all references to glib and deleted
them. I can't imagine where glib-1.2.3 is being found.
Thanks, again,
